Are the creations handmade?
Yes, all pieces are entirely handmade to order, with care, in my workshop in Strasbourg. Each item is unique and may have slight variations that are part of its character.
Can I order a custom part?
I gladly accept custom orders!
Whether it's an existing model in another color, a complete set straight from your imagination, or even a blank canvas… I would be delighted to work with you on a unique project.

Which countries do you deliver to?
Orders are currently shipped to the following countries: France, all European Union countries, Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, and New Zealand. Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your country is not on this list but you would like to place an order, please feel free to contact me.
What are the manufacturing and delivery times?
All items are made to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for chain-made items, and 1 to 2 weeks for elastic-bound items, plus delivery times which vary depending on your country.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.
Is it possible to return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item has not been worn and is returned in its original packaging.
Custom or made-to-measure items are not eligible for returns or exchanges .

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are fully secure and are made via Shopify Payments (credit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
No banking data is transmitted directly through the site.
How do I care for my accessory?
To preserve the quality of the materials:
- Store your pieces away from moisture, direct light, and friction with other jewelry. A storage pouch designed for this purpose is provided with each Forvitni piece.
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes and cosmetic products.
- Clean if necessary with a soft cloth, without abrasive products.
What are these accessories intended for?
The items offered are handcrafted fashion accessories, designed solely for aesthetic purposes. They are not intended for functional or technical use, or to withstand significant physical stress.
Also, be sure to keep your accessories out of reach of young children and animals; small parts are likely to be swallowed.
